■ 내부에 Sealing Ring이 없어 유지 보수 및 세척이 간단함
■ IS09001과 GLP에 따른 보정 작업이 가능
■ 2가지 Valve Spring
   - Platinum-Iridium : Not Suitable Hydrogen Peroxide
   - Tantal : Not Suitable Hydrofluoric Acid and Sodium hydroxide.30%
